A record-breaking 220 Santas turned out in force to provide a timely Christmas boost at Warrington Disability Partnership’s annual Santa Dash at Walton Gardens.
Commenting on the event, Warrington Disability Partnership’s Chief Executive and founder Dave Thompson said: “Wow, 220 Santa’s running, wheeling and walking around the grounds of Walton Hall and Gardens for Warrington Disability Partnership’s annual Santa’s Grotto.
“There were smiles a plenty, great to see some many families, rugby clubs and friends.
“Huge thanks to our Deputy Mayor of Warrington Cllr. Mo Hussain for starting the Santa Dash and handing out medals and certificates.
“also thanks to our amazing Choir.
“Thanks also to our team at WDP, biggest thanks to our participants for making history with our record breaking number of entries.
“Final thanks to our sponsors Birchwood Shopping Centre.
