POLICE have today sadly confirmed the death of a 63-year-old man following a medical emergency outside Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency services including the air ambulance attended at the Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub on Lingley Green Avenue at around 1.50 pm yesterday, Wednesday following reports a man had collapsed in a car.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: “At around 1.50 pm on Wednesday, July 2, police were called to reports that a man had collapsed in a car outside Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub.
“Police and paramedics, including an air ambulance, attended the scene.
“Sadly, despite the best efforts of all those involved, the 63-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a case file will be prepared for the coroner.”
