TWO fire crews were called out earlier today (Wednesday) to tackle a fire inside a shipping container unit at Winwick, Warrington.
At 10:09 crews from Warrington and Birchwood were called to reports of a fire on Townfield Lane.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to tackle a fire inside a shipping container. Crews cleared the contents of the container to ensure the fire was out and wouldn’t reignite.
No cause was given.
