A new class at LiveWire where getting it wrong is alright

LIVEWIRE have launched new group excercise classes called ‘This Girl Can’, where getting it wrong is alright. The classes are aimed at women who are doing their thing no matter how they get it done, how they look or even how sweaty they get.

The group exercise classes are perfect for those looking to start exercising but not sure where to begin and for those who are nervous about trying something new.
This Girl Can Classes, launched earlier this month, are a fun, non-competitive group exercise experience for beginners and those coming back to exercise.
The classes provide a welcoming beginner’s programme where getting it wrong is totally alright. If you’ve got two left feet or have never done a push up in your life, then these classes are for you.
The group help you gain the confidence to try new moves, understand different fitness class options, and even make new friends, with an introduction to five different styles of exercise including dance fitness, box fitness, and yoga-inspired stretch.
This Girl Can focus on sweat, smiles, and laughs whilst introducing you to different group exercise styles. No pressure and maximum enjoyment, come along and give it a go!

This Girl Can is a nationwide campaign that celebrates the achievements of women who are active, no matter their shape, size, or ability. The classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all women, whether you’re a seasoned group exercise participant or trying it out for the first time.
During these classes, you’ll be surrounded by a supportive community of women who are all there to encourage and motivate each other.
So why wait? Sign up for a This Girl Can class at LiveWire Warrington and start your journey towards a happier, healthier you today! Classes are filling up fast, so be sure to reserve your spot now.

Kev Forester, Commercial Director, LiveWire: “This Girl Can is all about what you can do and not about the things that get in the way. We’re inviting everyone to join in and do their worst, no matter how new you are to exercise, or how long it’s been since you last took a class or visited a leisure centre. You’ll be joining classes with like-minded people from all walks of life, and no judgement. Come along and try it out – there’s no right way to do it – just do it! Take a positive step to being more healthy and active on your terms.”
