A FAST-growing Warrington-based nationwide refurbishment specialist is celebrating after sealing two of its biggest contracts to date.
Inco Contracts, which is based on Knutsford Road, has been appointed to deliver the major refurbishment of the former MCC Building in Cwmbran and the redevelopment of Units 2-6 at The Beeches in Bristol.
The latter involves the comprehensive enhancement and modernisation of the existing units to high EPC and commercial standards, including a full roof replacement, new windows and roller shutter doors, installation of full-height composite cladding, and the complete refurbishment of office spaces, kitchens and restroom facilities.
These two milestone deals cap an exciting two years and take the total value of projects secured to over £8m.
Inco Contracts also has bases in Cannock, Glasgow and Stevenage and completes hundreds of commercial and industrial projects across the UK every year.
