THREE men are due to appear in court today following a disturbance at a property in Nansen Close, Warrington on Monday when armed police and a police helicopter were deployed.
The men have been named as Liam Byrne, Ainsley Stockton, and Wesley Williamson.
Byrne, 32, of Sharp Street, Warrington, has been charged with being concerned in the offer to supply cocaine, possession with intent to supply Class B drugs (cannabis), possession of criminal property, and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine).
Stockton, 35, of Holford Avenue, Warrington, has been charged with affray, possession of Class A drugs (cocaine), two counts of criminal damage, and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
Williamson, 38, of Grasmere Avenue, Warrington, has been charged with being concerned in the offer to supply cocaine, concerned in the supply of Class B drugs (cannabis), possession of criminal property, possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine), drive whilst disqualified, driving without insurance, and affray.
