LYMM Runners Jenny McClelland and Anthony Burke clocked personal best times at the Chester Half Marathon.
Burke finished the 13.1 mile race in one hour 21 minutes and 35 seconds, just two weeks after taking part in the Manchester marathon, which placed him 49th overall and 14th in his category.
McClelland came 45th in her category after achieving a personal best time of one hour 48 minutes and seven seconds.
Fellow Lymm Runners member John Croall finished in one hour 54 minutes and 46 seconds, in what was his first race at this distance since joining the club just a few months ago.
Lymm Runners are currently organising a 5k and 10k races and a 2km fun run on June 30 as part of the Lymm Festival.
