Warrington-based property search company X-Press Legal Services has raised and donated more than £40,000 to charity, as part of its continued community commitment.
The funds were generated through a variety of charitable efforts throughout 2024, celebrating 25 years in business for the largest independent property search firm in England and Wales.
Throughout 2024, X-Press offices contributed generously to local causes, hosting fundraising events, organising collections, and partnering with charities to donate essential items. Each X-Press office selected a local organisation to support with donations to more than 30 UK causes ranging from food banks, to hospices, grassroots sports clubs and animal rescue centres.
The Lister family, founders of the company dedicated to supporting the conveyancing industry, have long championed charitable initiatives, fostering strong connections within the communities they serve. Demonstrating their commitment to local causes, the firm’s Warrington-based team recently donated £1,000 to support two vital organisations – Meadowside Primary School and Warrington Animal Welfare.
Meadowside Primary School provides a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages holistic growth for its students. The donation from X-Press Legal Services North Cheshire, Merseyside and Manchester will directly aid the improvement of the school’s outdoor play space, ensuring it remains a safe, engaging, and developmentally enriching area for children.

Warrington Animal Welfare plays a crucial role in rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need. The donation from X-Press Legal Services will contribute to the essential resources required for the daily care and wellbeing of these animals, ensuring they receive the attention, medical support, and comfort they deserve.
