Pair of houses will become nine-bed house in multiple occupation

PLANNING chiefs at Warrington have given the go-ahead for the conversion of an existing house in Froghall Lane into a large, nine-bedded house in multiple occupation.

The property, although it has two entrances and was at one time two dwellings, is considered to now be one dwelling. Both sections are currently vacant.
Proposals for the building indicate there will be few alterations externally but some internal changes will be required to allow for the required bedrooms and kitchens to be created at an appropriate size, allowing fore a good quality of residential amenity.

Additional soft landscaping will be provided, as well as bat and bird boxes to improve the biodiversity of the immediate area.
Although the property will have no parking space, tenants will be advised of this in advance.
There will be storage space provided for bicycles.
Overall, the layout of the site will remain unchanged.
