ARSONISTS are being blame for starting a fire at Latchford, Warrington during the night.
A wheeled bin was set alight at one house, flames spread to a dividing fence and then to a bin at the house next door.
Fire crews were called to the scene in Whittle Avenue and extinguished the blaze using a hose reel jet.
Police are investigating.
