TWO fire crews were called out to reports of a two-vehicle collision involving a lorry and a car on the M6 North near Warrington.
At 15:23 crews from Lymm and Birchwood attended the scene near Junction 20 at Stretton
Thankfully, no one had to be rescued, and it is thought that both vehicles sustained minor damage and were moved to the hard shoulder.
Firefighters gave precautionary checks to those involved – no one is believed to have sustained serious injuries.
At 15:48 fire crews handed the incident over to Highways and left the scene.
