HUNDREDS of people will be taking to the streets tomorrow (Friday, June 27) for the annual Warrington Walking Day, described as one of the most popular, vibrant and exciting days in the town’s calendar.
The Mayor of Warrington, Cllr Mo Hussain, said: “It’s always such a delight attending Walking Day, and I know it is a highlight in so many people’s calendars as well.
“I’m looking forward to attending and marking this special day, which will be my first Warrington Walking Day as Mayor, and seeing the town centre come alive with activity on what is an iconic and delightful event for our town.”
