Candidate's contract with the people

LIBERAL Democrat Warrington South challenger Jo Crotty has pledged complete transparency over money if she is elected.
She has published a “contract with the people of Warrington” that promises complete transparency over expenses and guarantees of help for her constituents.
Her promises include an office in town, open at least five days a week, regular surgeries, annual surveys to allow residents to review her work and regular meetings with local police and health authorities and residents’ organisations.
She will also publish all details of her expenses on her website, answer all residents’ problems promptly, and pay all taxes in the UK.
She said: “The people of Britain are disillusioned with politics and rightly so. After years of corruption and scandal, politicians haven’t given the people a good reason to trust them.
“I have come up with the contract as a means of being completely transparent with those who elect me. I will be answerable and completely accountable to the people I represent.”
