Health Expert’s Take on the Aspartame Concerns

Dr. Michelle Teo, Health & Wellbeing Director at Zevo Health, shared her thoughts on these findings: “The volume of these search queries indicates a growing consumer consciousness about beverage ingredients, which is a positive trend. To make informed choices, individuals must seek accurate and reliable information from reputable sources. It is also crucial to read product labels to ascertain the presence of aspartame or any other potential ingredients of concern.

For those choosing to avoid aspartame, alternatives are available. Consumers can opt for beverages sweetened with natural ingredients or unsweetened options. The market is well-equipped to cater to various dietary preferences and needs.”
