Woman confronted by armed men

A WOMAN was confronted by armed burglars when she returned to her home at Warrington.
One of the two men was wielding a knife and although the woman was not threatened she was left badly shaken.
The incident was on Tuesday, August 21 at about 2.20pm and police have now released an efit picture of one of the two raiders.
The woman, aged 41, returned to her home at Greenfields Avenue, Stockton Heath to find the garage was open.
Two men were leaving the property – one holding a knife. They left the scene in a white Mercedes van.
The second offender is described as white, about 5ft 9 inches tall, in his late 20s and with a larger build than the first offender. He had average length dark hair, a pale complexion and possibly had dark stubble. He was wearing a navy blue tracksuit which may have had light stripes.
