Man charged with Poppy appeal thefts

A MAN has been charged in connection with the theft of poppy appeal boxes.
Bradley Higham, 33, of Poplars Avenue, Orford, Warrington, is due to appear before Halton Magistrates tomorrow (Saturday).
Currently he is being held in police custody, facing four charges of theft between November 6 and November 11.
The four charges are theft of a poppy appeal box from Barclays Bank, Frodsham, on November 11, theft of money from a till at a Travelodge in Mickle Trafford, Chester, on November 8, theft of a poppy appeal box from the Spar Shop in Thelwall, Warrington on November 7 and theft of a St Rocco’s charity box from a chip shop in Padgate, Warrington on November 6.
