Town win away again

FOR the second consecutive week Warrington Town returned from Yorkshire with all three points following a 2-0 victory at Ossett Albion.
Chances were few and far between in ther first half with Liam Dawson going closest for Town hitting the cross bar.
But On 72 minutes Warrington eventually broke the deadlock as David Mannix’s clever disguised assist allowed Dawson to coolly slot the ball past the keeper.
With three youth players in the squad youngster Chris Bandell came off the bench for Fowler with nine minutes to go and made an impact as his 25 yard
drive was parried by the keeper, allowing Kilheeney to tap in to make it 2-0 and secure all three points.
As well as being the teams second successive victory in Yorkshire it was their first clean sheet since December 4.
Town travel to Yorkshire again next Saturday when they visit Farsley, kick off 3pm, with the curtain coming down on their season the following week, with their fourth consecutive trip over the Pennines at Garforth.
