LYMM local, Anna Fradgley, is set to launch two books, as well as her aromatherapy product range and self-empowerment courses this autumn, under the brand name “Anna Vero”.

Publicly, you will know her as local Councillor Fradgley. Whilst tirelessly campaigning for Lymm, she is now helping others to empower themselves with her SUCCESSFUL LIFE BALANCE model.

“Being a Councillor is very stressful and can be emotionally draining, so I use an holistic approach for rebalancing. Having studied the subject for years, I have come up with my own model to help me find the balance in life and I want to share it with others. That is why I wrote my “Successful Life Balance” book.

“My Successful Life Balance model is an holistic approach, encompassing body, mind and spirit within your own social environment, based upon balancing the chakras. It is important to look after your body and your environment, so that you are grounded and have a good solid, base to work from. That is why working on what I call PHYSICAL BODY is important, incorporating nutrition and physical health as a basis for body healing.

“Next, is your SOCIAL DRIVE. We get knock off balance if we don’t have a purpose in life or follow our passions. We are also susceptible to other people’s wants and needs, without really understanding and expressing our own. So EMOTIONAL COMMUNICATION is important in order to express yourself, as well as listening to others to achieve win/win situations. And then finally, it is necessary to achieve MINDFUL CLARITY. This is about self-belief, resilience and mindfulness.

“My books, products and courses will empower you to take control of your life and body, so as to reduce stress and create a meaningful direction in life.”

Even if you don’t need help in re-balancing, you may want to read Anna’s cookbook “Food For All Occasions”. In it are 150 recipes to make your life simple, with the only recipes you need for everyday family meals and for special occasions, such as casual dinner parties, summer parties and Christmas. Included are Anna’s favourite English baked desserts, Italian and French meals, as well as some of her favourite memories with family and friends.

“My passion is food and being half Italian really helps! My grandmother, Nonna Maria always told me: “Mangia bene, ridi spesso, amo molto”, eat well, laugh often, love much…..and that is the philosophy behind my brand, Anna Vero.”

The launch of the books and product range will be on Saturday 14th September between 4.30pm to 6pm at Lymm Village Hall, with some homemade refreshments from the cookbook (for a small donation to MIND charity).

Just come along; products and books range from £5 to £20. An initial course will be held on Tuesday 22nd October at Lymm Business Centre 6.30pm to 8pm, £15. Please call or text Anna to book onto the course on 07799386206. Alternatively, email her on [email protected]. Individual consultation is available at £30 per hour.
