Man arrested after two assaulted in pub

A 26-year-old man has been arrested following an incident in a pub at Stockton Heath, Warrington last night.
Police say two people were assaulted during the incident.
The suspect is being held in custody this morning pending further enquiries.
It was a busy night generally for police in Warrington, with 12 people arrested for offences ranging from assault to drink driving.
