OPERATIONAL ISSUES? IN WHAT WAY? THINK THE PROBLEM LIES WITH ***THE MANAGEMENT***
***CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT “NEEDED”***
SO ALL THESE BINS WILL BE LEFT “ILLEGALLY” ON THE PAVEMENT OVER THE WEEKEND !
THESE WILL BE A MAGNET FOR UNSOCIALABLE BEHAVIOUR & POTENTIAL “RAT” PROBLEM.
THIS BIN SERVICE HAS NEVER BEEN RUN THIS BAD UNTIL LAST 2 YEARS !!!!!!!!!!!
