Man arrested following domestic incident at Appleton

A 25-year-old man has been arrested following an alleged domestic incident at Appleton, Warrington.

It follows reports of a large police presence on Greenfields Avenue at around 10am on Sunday morning.

A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: “At 10am on Sunday, April 21 officers attended an address on Greenfields Avenue, Warrington.
“This was following reports of a domestic incident.
“A 25-year-old man was arrested at the address and remains in custody at this time.”
