WARRINGTON Town are planning to lay on free transport for their loyal fans when they travel to play fellow title contenders Northwich Victoria on Saturday, March 5.

The outcome of the big derby game could go a long way to deciding which team lifts the Evo-Stik Division One North title at the end of the season and Warrington want to reward their loyal fans for their fantastic support over the years.

Chairman Toby Macormac said:” We have the most vocal and best supporters in the league and a number of them have showed fantastic loyalty home and away for many years.

“This is the club’s way of saying thank you.

“We want to make it like a home game for the team by getting as many of our supporters as possible to the game.”

Northwich currently ground share at Witton Albion – which is just a short journey from Warrington.
Supporters wishing to book on a coach must do so via the official supporters club which can be done this coming Saturday (Feb 28) when Warrington entertain Kendal, kick off 3pm.
