THE Park Royal Hotel at Stretton, Warrington, has been invited into the TripAdvisor ‘Hall of Fame’ for achieving consistently high customer reviews on the world’s largest travel website over the past five years.
The Park Royal  joins the ‘Hall of Fame’ after winning TripAdvisor’s coveted Certificate of Excellence in each of the past five years. The Certificate of Excellence is awarded to hotels  that receive high levels of positive reviews over the previous 12 months.
Paul Gallon general manager at The Park Royal  said:  “Such a prestigious award that is based entirely on customer feedback is very important to us. We are constantly striving to improve our service and offering to create new ways of inspiring our customers.
“It’s only by really understanding what our guests are looking for each and every day that we can ensure they have a great experience and are willing to recommend us and post positive reviews year in, year out.”
The Park Royal is one of 27 QHotels across the UK. Last year QHotels was named AA Hotel Group of the Year for the second time, underlining the group’s commitment to deliver outstanding standards of product and service.
