Warrington Toastmasters is celebrating member Randy Ekakitie on achieving the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award, the highest educational recognition in Toastmasters International.

His Toastmasters journey began with a memorable first Table Topics experience, when he froze while trying to speak without preparation. Rather than allowing that moment to hold him back, Randy embraced the challenge and continued developing his communication skills through practice, feedback and determination.
Over time, he transformed from a nervous speaker into a confident communicator, leader and mentor, demonstrating the power of stepping outside one’s comfort zone.
