WARRINGTON Wolves’ season opener against St Helens at the Halliwell Jones Stadium is officially “sold out” with a record capacity crowd of over 15,000!
The capacity crowd of 15,064 will create a new record at The Halliwell Jones Stadium, and another record that has stood for almost 53 years: the biggest-attended home game since the Wire faced Featherstone in the Challenge Cup at Wilderspool in March 1973, in front of a crowd of 15,600.
If you have a ticket, make sure you get to the ground early to take advantage of competitive beer offers, including 2 for £10 on all draught and 2 bottles of Carlsberg for £6 up to half an hour before kick off. There’s also a chance for fans to win tickets to Neighbourhood Weekender through a new pre-match ‘Gerin’ to Win’ games and a Hoover half-time challenge.
The K’s will be headlining the pre-match entertainment from 7.30 pm.
Missed out on tickets? You don’t have to wait too long to be back at the Halliwell Jones Stadium. Tickets are on sale now for our Round 3 clash against Wakefield Trinity on Saturday 28 February, 5.30 pm kick-off.
