PROPER Pubs, including the Royal Oak Branch in Warrington, is on the hunt for the UKs next biggest pop star with 31 pubs in the North West currently hosting a series of karaoke competitions in search for hidden talent!
The competition champion will win £1,000 in cash as well as a studio recording day to record their very own single. The runner up will receive a £500 cash prize, and third place will win £250.
The contest is live now, with guests able to enjoy ‘pub heats’ ahead of the ‘national final’, which is due to take place on November 17th at The Broadway in Leeds.

PROPER PUB IDOL – HOW IT WILL WORK:
PUB HEATS – LIVE NOW – 27TH OCTOBER
Each pub hosts open heats, with the best 3 singers from each week going forward to
the pub final.
PRIZE: Weekly winners receive a bottle of Prosecco!
PUB FINAL – W/C 28TH OCTOBER
The pub final will be held with 9 people, singing two songs each. The pub’s winner and
runner up will go through to the regional final.
PRIZE: Pub Winner will win a £50 bar tab!
REGIONAL FINAL – W/C 4TH NOVEMBER
The pub winner and runner up will attend the regional final, with each contestant
singing twice.
PRIZE: Regional winner will receive £100 bar tab for their home pub
NATIONAL FINAL – 17TH NOVEMBER
This will be held at The Broadway, Leeds with three independent judges. The winner
and runner up from the regional final will attend.
PRIZE: National winner will get £1,000 and a studio recording day, the runner up will receive £500 and third place will win £250
