In October 2024, OBI, Manchester-based, multi-disciplined property consultancy, made a strategic investment in the out-of-town property market by acquiring Warrington-based BE Group, a well-respected and established commercial property agency.
Today marks a new chapter for BE Group as they officially rebrand to OBI, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and staff. OBI’s Warrington-based property team will be opening a new office at Birchwood Park’s recently refurbished Chadwick House this month, demonstrating their continued commitment to the regional market in Warrington and the surrounding areas.

OBI originally purchased BE’s agency services that account for circa 80% of sq ft transacted across the Warrington office market.
