Woman charged following affray outside James Lee House

A WOMAN has been charged in connection with alleged assault outside James Lee House on Brick Street, Warrington.

Nicola Fargin, of Bell House Road, Widnes, was arrested on Monday 26 June following an alleged assault on Brick Street, Warrington.
The 43-year-old has subsequently been charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
She has since been remanded in custody and is next due to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday 26 July.
A 36-year-old man from the Widnes area was also arrested at the scene and has since been released on conditional bail.
