Police, ambulance and fire service vehicles, vehicles taking part in the events and mail carts are exempt from the restrictions.
Anyone wilfully breaching the traffic order could face a penalty of up to £400.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time for journeys, avoid the affected roads where possible and consider alternative routes, particularly around Warrington town centre and the main parade locations.
Remembrance Sunday takes place on November 8, with communities across Warrington gathering to remember those who gave their lives in conflict and to pay tribute to the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces.
