Free conference for volunteer organisations

A FREE conference for individuals, groups and organised engaging volunteers is to be held at The Gateway, Warrington on Wednesday, March 6.
Vol Con 2019 has been organised by Warrington Voluntary Action and is open to volunteer involving organisations or groups of any size.
The event will provide opportunities for information gathering, networking and knowledge sharing, with the guarantee you’ll go away with lots of practical tips and ideas to inspire volunteers and enable an environment where volunteering can thrive.
Organisations engaging volunteers in Warrington can have up to three places at the event.
The conference starts at 8.45am with breakfast and after a formal opening address, a series of workshops will be delivered by Warrington Voluntary Action, Citizen’s Advice. The Department of Work and Pensions and other organisations.
