Man arrested after alleged assaults on neighbours

A MAN was arrested in Warrington in the early hours of this morning on allegations of assaulting his neighbours.
The arrest was made at an address off Orford Lane at 4.30am and the offender was also alleged to have caused criminal damage to vehicles in the street.
He is n ow being held in custody.
In  another incident during the night, a police woman was assaulted in the course of her duty.
One suspect was arrested and is being held in custody.
