POLICE, working in co-operation with Warrington Borough Council trading standards officers, have seized a large quantity of illicit alcohol.
The seizure was from unlicensed premises in Battersby Lane.
Officers from the the town centre policing unit took part in the operation.
In another operation, a man was arrested after a raid on a property at Howley when a quantity of Class A and Class B drugs were found.
