NEW signings Brett Hodgson and Joel Monaghan both made their mark as Warrington Wolves slayed Leigh Centurions 10-58 in a pre-season friendly.
Hodgson showed the value of his goal-kicking with eight from eight attempts, the only misses coming when he was off the field, while Monaghan showed his fine ball handling skills as he crossed for a great try.
It was the hosts who opened the scoring after six minutes when Steve Maden left Hodgson clutching at thin air as he raced in at the corner, with Mick Nanyn adding a fine conversion to make it 6-0.
