WARRINGTON Wolves will kick off their Middle 8s campaign with an away trip to neighbours Widnes Vikings on Friday, August 4.
The Wolves will be aiming to grab one of the top three qualifying positions to avoid competing in the £1 million qualifying game between 4th and 5th – and facing the threat of relegation.
Warrington have won their last nine game against Widnes, including friendlies.
Warrington have the advantage of four home games after finishing the regular season in 9th.
