VIDEO: AFTER six straight defeats and a disappointing start to the season Warrington Wolves’ skipper Chris Hill says the team need to get back to basics.

Hill, who only recently returned to the team after missing the start of the season while recovering from operations, said: “We are not far off. We are beating ourselves more than teams beating us.”

He says the team need to “get back to basics” and work harder to gain confidence which he believes will return soon, hopefully starting at home to Hull FC this Saturday, kick off 3pm.

“There are 17 games left in this part of the season and a team like Warrington can easily go on a run of winning 12 games.”

“When your backs are to the wall you tend to stick together and team spirit is still there massively,” he added.
