POLICE are investigating after a fire broke out among bushes at Warrington in what is believed to be a deliberate firesetting.
A butane cylinder was found in the bushes, off Central Avenue, Orford.
Fire crews arrived at the scene and used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire and then cooled down the cylinder as a precautionary measure.
Police officers were called to the scene when it became apparent the fire had probably been deliberately started.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 or the confidential Crimestoppers hotline on 0800 555 111.
