Flood warnings downgraded
THE Environment agency has down graded flood warnings for parts of Warrington due to seasonal high tides and heavy rain, with just one flood alert remaining at the Mersey estuary.

Late goal denies Wire win
An 89th minute equaliser denied Warrington Town a
thoroughly deserved three points from this hard fought encounter in
Yorkshire, whilst, at the same time, extended their unbeaten league run
to six games, with a tough run of games coming up against teams pushing
