Officers investigating reports of a man trying to kiss a staff member at a store in Warrington have released a CCTV image of the person they would like to speak to.
At around 2.20pm on Sunday 17 May, police were called to B&Q on Delph Lane, Warrington, following reports that a man had tried to kiss a member of staff on the neck.
When confronted, the man became irate and began verbally abusing other staff members.
Enquiries have been ongoing since the incident was reported in an attempt to identify the person responsible.
Now officers have released an image of a man they would like to speak to as they believe he may have vital information.
Police Constable Lewis Payne said: “As part of our ongoing investigation, we are now urging anyone who recognises the man pictured in the CCTV images to get in touch with us.
“We would also like to appeal directly to the man in the images to make contact with us.
