A man from Stockton Heath has been charged with two assault offences on Buttermarket Street, Warrington, last February.
Thomas Taylor, of Leonard Street, Stockton Heath, was arrested on Saturday, 28 February.
Taylor, 33, has since been charged with two counts of common assault.
He has been summoned to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday, 23 June.
The charges relate to an incident that occurred in Buttermarket Street on Saturday, 13 February.
