A 58-year-old local man has been charged with drink driving following a two-vehicle collision on London Road, Appleton, on Thursday afternoon.
Following the collision, Stephen Turton, aged 58, of Pike Street, Stockton Heath, was arrested and has now been charged with drink driving.
He has been bailed to appear at Warrington Magistrates on 17 June 2026.
The collision involved two vehicles, with one flipping onto its roof.
