JUST four days after their incredible fight back at FC United of Manchester Warrington Rylands came from behind yet again to secure all three points at Bradford Park Avenue.

It was payback time for Warrington Rylands after the relegation-threatened Bradford side beat them with an 87th-minute winner at The Hive Arena a month ago

The travelling side looked tired and were continually chasing the game as the hosts repeatedly beat them to the second ball. Too many unforced errors resulted in a ‘hoof and hope’ approach and it wasn’t long before they found themselves a goal down.

Once again it was up to stand-in managers Sam Wilson and Dean Furman to boost the squad with their half-time talk.

Both sides came out for the second half with Rylands bringing on the fresh legs of Djavan Pedro and Ben Hardcastle. Once again the move was a decisive one as it appeared to bolster the rest of the team and The Blues began to take control of the match.

A well-placed corner created panic in the opposition goalmouth and Momodou Touray was on hand to net the ball for the equaliser. Despite The Green Army’s lowly position in the league they fought back with determination and succeeded in earning a penalty.

Step up Luke Pilling who saved the spot kick with his feet. Warrington Rylands continued their pressure and Mark Duffy, replacing the little midfield workhorse Ben Hough, provided a perfect cross for James Baillie to head past Kieran Flavell for the winning goal with just 6 minutes left on the clock.
Warrington Rylands return to The Hive Arena next Saturday when they face Bamber Bridge at 3.00 pm.
