Dumped starving dog urgently seeks foster home to help on road to recovery

A starving emaciated dog cruelly dumped by his owner from a car is urgently looking for a new foster home.

Oscar, aged 15 months came into the care of Warrington Animal Welfare (WAW) when he was dumped by his owner from a car – he was emaciated, but just look at him now! He is doing fabulous and has put on weight in such a short time!!

Oscar was very scared when he arrived at WAW, but thanks to their wonderful staff and volunteers he is learning to trust again and showing us what a lovely boy he is.
He is strong on the lead, so needs someone who is strong, fit, and active.

Oscar is described as “a handsome, big puppy, who found himself in an awful situation and just needs some TLC whilst he puts back on some weight.”

He needs a quiet adult-only foster home with no other pets, where someone is home most of the day.
His foster home will be provided with everything they need, full support but will need to be close to Warrington and willing to come to the rehoming centre.

If you can help change Oscar’s life and would like to discuss fostering call 01925 748638 or visit https://warringtonanimalwelfare.org.uk/
