The effect of which will be to introduce either a 10mph, 20mph or 30mph speed limit restriction, as required, along the following lengths of road: Parkside Road from its junction with Golborne Road to the Borough Boundary with St. Helens; Winwick Lane from its junction with M6 junction 22 to the Borough Boundary with Wigan.

The Order will be effective from this Thursday, 16th June 2022 for a period of 18 months as and when the signs are in place on site. The restrictions are required to allow for highway works associated with the Parkside development to take place.
