LOCAL training provider, Fretus Group, is hosting an evening first aid class, especially for local teenagers on May 11.

The evening will cover Choking – Heart Attacks – Cardiac Arrest – Use of a Defibrillator – Recovery Position – Blood Loss and much more.

The course will be held at the home of Rugby Sprogs at 89 Capesthorne Road, Warrington WA2 0JE on 11th May from 5pm – 7.30pm with places costing only £10 per head.

First Aid is an essential life skill. Teaching our young people how to deal with medical emergencies can be empowering.

As with adults, teenagers can be exposed to critical medical situations and giving them the knowledge they need to help, could save a life.

An accident can happen at any time, whether it be when there’s a group of friends in the local park or at a party. Young people naturally take risks. Teaching them these life-saving skills gives them the opportunity to evaluate those risks. We want to improve their confidence and ability to act when needed.

Birchwood based Fretus Group is committed to improving the physical and mental health of the local community through medical support, training and events.

Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite – https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/first-aid-awareness-for-teenagers-tickets-317565816907 or by emailing [email protected]
