Latest COVID-19 hot spots and vaccination data as nearly all areas see increased infection rates

COVID-19 infection rates have continued to rise across nearly all areas of the borough – with the latest small area data from Public Health England showing significant hot spots in the south.

The latest data published yesterday, October 14, show infection rates in Warrington have risen to 1,136 new cases in a seven-day period, including another  117 (121) in Lymm, compared to 836 the previous week and 687 the week before that.
