COVID-19 infection rates in Warrington rise above national average as 132 new cases confirmed

COVID-19 infection rates in Warrington have risen above the national average with 132 new cases confirmed in the town.

The 132 (144) new cases reported by Public Health England, takes the total number of cases in Warrington since the start of the pandemic to 30,153 (30,021).



Infection rates in Warrington for the last seven days have risen again to an average of 760 (732) – 362.9 (349.6) per 100,000 population over a seven-day period which have now risen above the national average of 359.5 (358.3) per 100,000, which have also risen again slightly again.
