Drink driver was FOUR times the limit when stopped

A motorist was four times the drink driving limit when stopped on Knutsford Road, Grappenhall, yesterday afternoon.

The male driver gave a reading of 147 during a roadside breath test when he was stopped at 16.30 – the legal limit is 35.

A further breath test in custody gave a reading of 111, still more than three times the legal limit

  1. Driving ban for life and crush his car..that’s what I’d impose anyway !! No excuse for being over the limit even slightly and putting others lives at risk let alone FOUR times over. IDIOT !!!
