Gas cylinders removed from blazing van

TWO gas cylinders were removed from a blazing van at Stockton Heath, Warrington last night.
Firefighters from Stockton Heath m,anaged to remove the cylinders before they were affected by the fire in Hawthorne Grove.
Two hose reel jets were used to extinguish the blaze shortly after 10.30pm.
In a separate incident, firefighters from Warrington used a hand appliance to extguish a fire involving timber on a disused railway embankment off Norris Street, Warrington. Police also attended the incident.
