FRODSHAM based solicitors Rowlinsons enhanced their increasing reputation for ‘city advice at non city prices’ by picking up three accolades at the LFS Gala Dinner and Conveyancing Awards which were held at Stadium MK in Milton Keynes.
Rowlinsons received the prestigious accolade of Best Conveyancer in the North West and as a result they subsequently advanced to compete for the title of Overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year alongside the other regional winners.
In the final Rowlinsons were voted as being the third best conveyancing firm in the country and received the bronze award.
Rowlinsons were also highly commended in the Direct Conveyancer of the Year category.

Rowlinsons’ professional expertise has also been recognised in their winning a number of other highly competitive awards.
At the 2013 Liverpool Law Society Awards, Rowlinsons’ Property Department secured the Property Team of the Year title.
In the same year Rowlinsons Solicitors won the Lexcel Award for Excellence in Practice Management. Law Society Lexcel accreditation is the legal quality mark. Accredited firms offer the highest standard of client care and practice management. In making the award, the judges commented that Rowlinsons had used Lexcel to further their strong commitment to client care focusing on providing services that are relevant to the local community.
