WARRINGTON Wolves’ Prop Chris Hill carried off a hat-trick of awards at
the club’s annual awards dinner as he was voted Player of the Year,
Players’ Player of the Year and Vice President’s Player of the Year.
Head of Coaching Tony Smith praised Hill’s fantastic work ethic and said that although there were a number of outstanding performers in the squad, Hill consistently topped the points performances each work, even with limited time on the field.

It was all too much for the winger who fought back the tears after being presented with a montage of his career highlights at his home town club.
Meanwhile Chris Bridge received the Keith Naylor Community Award while Declan Patton was voted the Under 19s Player of the Year and Players Player of the Year.
Michael Monaghan received the Supporters Club Player of the Year award.
Commenting on the end of season run in Smith said: “When we play well and are at our best no one is better than us.
“The last couple of years has made us stronger. We have shown glimpses of what we are capable of. The final four games are really doable for us!”
